We are based in India and have offices in India and England. Our network of process servers is spread in various countries of Asia such as Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal. We are capable of delivering documents anywhere in Asia but the manner in which service will be done is subject to the local laws of that particular country. We prefer to get the service done by a process server of the same region so as to ensure smooth service of documents. The person or corporation on whom the documents need to be served will be approached by the process server and the documents will be handed over to the individual and in case of a corporation to the authorized person.
After the process service is done, the process server will provide a proof of service in the form of affidavit stating the details of the person to whom the documents were served along with the time and place of service.
